A healthy 24 hours includes physical activity, sedentary behaviour, healthy eating, and sleep.

General Information
Sedentary behaviour are activities done in a sitting, lying down or reclining position.

Sitting is part of our day. It enables us to rest, recharge our batteries and, for many of us, work. Sitting time should not take up too much of our days for us to live a healthy life. Too much sitting time is linked with increased risk of chronic diseases including type 2 diabetes.
