Location: Kateri School Gym
KSDPP engages the services of Mr. Domenico Bertoldi as fitness instructor for the “Get Fit” program for men classes for a total of twelve (12) weeks during this time period.
Sessions have finished.
Participants will attend classes that incorporate cardio-vascular (e.g., running, calisthenics, stationary cycling), muscle strengthening (e.g., weight training, circuit training, core strengthening) and flexibility (e.g., pre- and post-stretching) activities.
All activities will be facilitated by a trained fitness instructor.
