Participants attended classes that incorporated cardio-vascular (e.g., running, calisthenics, stationary cycling), muscle strengthening (e.g., weight training, circuit training, core strengthening) and flexibility (e.g., pre- and post-stretching) activities.
All activities are to be facilitated by a trained fitness instructor.
