Keith Leclaire is an Indigenous Health and Policy Consultant who brings 41 years of knowledge and experience to the field of Indigenous health. He has worked in director positions for a large majority of his career. He is presently the Chairperson of the Pathways Indigenous Advisory Circle. |
Kyle DelisleRepresentative Member
Kyle Delisle is a Kanien’kehá:ka of the Mohawk Territory of Kahnawá:ke. He previously worked for over twenty years with the Kahnawá:ke Economic Development Commission (Tewatohnhi’saktha), including three years as CEO, and during this time he was also involved with the Harvard Project on Native American Economic Development. He also served as the Vice President – Finance of Kahnawá:ke Sustainable Energies, a subsidiary of Tewatohnhi’saktha that developed and implemented a 24MW wind farm on the South Shore of Montreal. He was also the CEO of Mohawk Internet Technologies, an internet service provider that is owned by Kahnawá:ke and was managed by Tewatohnhi’saktha. Kyle served on the Executive of the International Intertribal Trade and Investment Organization and on the Membership Committee of the International Economic Development Council. Kyle is now the Executive Director and President of the Kahnawake Business Contribution Foundation, a not-for-profit that focuses its efforts on providing equality of opportunity for the children of Kahnawá:ke. Kyle has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University and a Master’s of Business Administration degree from Cornell University and Queen’s University. |

Chantal HaddadProfessional Dietitian/Nutritionist
Kateri Memorial Hospital Centre Member since 1994 Chantal has been a member since the beginning of KSDPP, her contribution to diet and nutrition is immeasurable. She continues her service to the community in her current role of Dietitian and Nutrition. |
David (Davey) DiaboCommunity Member
Davey brings to KSDPP, many years of experience in recreation as the former director of the Kahnawake Youth Center. |
Wahéhshon Whitebean
Wahéhshon is the Education Research Consultant and ethics Chair at the Kahnawà:ke Education Center. She was appointed to the Research Team in 2021, and then to CAB in 2022. She is a PhD candidate in Educational Studies at McGill University in the Department of Integrated Studies in Education. Wahéhshon has extensive experience in community work, leadership, and language/culture reclamation. The primary focus of her work and research is on language/culture revitalization, Indigenous education, and Onkwehón:we pathways to health and well-being.

Connie joined KSDPP in May 2021. She manages the day-to-day operations along with overseeing the projects, finance, communications, and human resources. Her background is in consulting in community organizations and many grassroots initiatives over the years. One of her many accomplishments includes the 100th Anniversary of the Quebec Bridge Disaster memorial.
Nadine MontourKSDPP Part-Time Bookkeeper
Nadine joined KSDPP on February 2021. She retired from full-time work at the Kateri Memorial Hospital Centre as Finance Manager. Nadine enjoys to spend time with her grandchildren and at her cabin in Tiowero:ton. |
Lori Diabo-McComberPart-Time Administrative Assistant to KSDPP and Diabetes Action Canada
Lori is responsible to organize various meetings, recording, transcription of meeting minutes and ensure follow up. She joined KSDPP in August 30 th , 2021. She retired from full-time work on August 31, 2020 after 29 at the Kateri Memorial Hospital Centre with the last 22 years as Executive Assistant. In her spare time, she spends time with her grandchildren, reading or doing jig saw puzzles. She hopes to begin travelling again when the pandemic is over. |
