2025 Indigenous Health Research SummitThe Indigenous Health Research Summit took place in Kahnawà:ke, September 10-11-12, 2025, and celebrated 30 years of KSDPP. In collaboration with Tahatikonhtonsontie' Qc-NEIHR, we welcomed health research leaders, students, youth, and many others from our community and across Quebec, to participate in 3 days of panel discussions, interactive displays, a social, good food, a vendor's market and more! |
|
Attendees mingled, reminisced, engaged with the speakers, and learned about the accomplishments of KSDPP and the many people who have been involved in our growth.
Community participation has been central to KSDPP and our "Ping Poll" offered an opportunity for the community to give input on KSDPP's direction, helping to ensure the program continues to reflect local needs and values. VOLUNTEERS We could not have hosted such a grand 3-day event without our volunteers! Thank you for being involved with our community’s health and wellbeing. We look forward to more collaboration as KSDPP continues to work on its goals and strengthen relationships across our community and the broader research landscape. Nia:wen, thank you, merci, to all who joined us for this milestone event!
